Sport Heroes Walk Route

Follow the Sport Heroes on their way!
Every day, starting on November 14 2009, a group of prominent South African sport stars will walk and run an average of 100km per day for sixteen days, criss-crossing the Limpopo province from Bela Bela and ending on International AIDS Day, December 1, in Thohoyandou. Along the way they'll be bringing a message to communities about the positive role that sport can play in combating HIV/AIDS, hold sport clinics in underprivileged communities, and visit HIV/AIDS care centres.
